If you are hiring a foreign domestic helper and your contract is about to expire in 6 months, then you may need to proceed with a Contract Renewal.

The service fee for Online Indonesian Contract

Renewal is now only HK$3,499 for our Employer.

Our package shall include:
※ One Medical Check-up plan A(Original price $780).
※ Contract notarization fee at the HK-Indonesian Consulate.
※ The HK SAR Immigration Department's Final Visa Approval Fee.
※ Registered postage fees to return all relevant documents for your filing

Procedure

※Inquiry: Please call our hotline for renewal of contract at 2660 6262 from 09:30 to 18:30 between Monday to Friday.
※Payment of Service Fee： Please deposit the service fee to our HSBC account (account No.004-747945-001) and retain the deposit receipt.
※E-mail Information: Please send us by email to renewalcontract@hlc.com.hk your application documents together with the deposit receipt.
※Signing of Contract: Our Customer Service Officer will arrange an appointment time for you and your helper to sign the new documents for the renewal of contract. Please bring along the helper’s passport, a passport size photo and current contract with the helper to our designated branch office.
※Delivery of Document: Upon visa approval, we shall contact you to get back the document at our office, including the passport of the helper.

Special Surcharges

※ If living in public housing ( required Housing Permit), employer will be charged additional fee HK$200 for time cost.
※ In case if the Employer’s income proof and/or address proof differs from the Employer’s own name, a surcharge of HKD100 per each additional document will be charged as special handling fee to the Employer.
※ We surcharge urgent fee HKD500 for those visa date is less than 61 days.
※ If because of the personal reasons, the employer was on the “Watch List” or “Blacklist” by the Consulate or the Hong Kong Immigration Department and need our staff for assitance, the employer is required to pay an additional fee of HK$1,000/time.

※Incomplete renewal is not refundable.。
※Confirmed renewal order is not transferable and extendable.
※ If case of dispute, HL&C Employment Agency Ltd. reserves the right of final arbitrations.

Filipino FDH Renewal

The service fee for online Filipino Contract Renewal is now only HK$2,899 for our Employer.
